RETAILER CONNECT TERMS OF SERVICE

Retailer Connect is a feature of Marathon ARCO Rewards which allows MPC’s customers (“Jobbers” or “You”) and their individual Marathon and ARCO branded locations to customize consumer offers applicable to their branded locations within the Marathon ARCO Rewards App.  In utilizing Retailer Connect, Jobber agrees that the offers You or your authorized designees create for inclusion within the Marathon ARCO Rewards app will comply with all applicable laws, and Jobber agrees to indemnify and defend Marathon Petroleum Company LP (“MPC”) as well as its affiliates, directors, officers and employees, from and against all claims made by any party that the offer(s) Jobber or its authorized designees create are or were fraudulent, deceptive, not made available as advertised, or otherwise violative of any applicable law or regulation of any kind.  Jobber agrees that the Indemnification provisions set forth in the Branded Product Supply and Trademark License Agreement between Jobber and MPC apply to all claims arising from Jobber’s use of Retailer Connect and the Marathon ARCO Rewards App.
